It offers 10X Gift Points on both local dining and foreign currency spending, but to unlock these bonus rates you must spend at least HK$5,000 per month in total. Without meeting this threshold, all spending earns only the 1X base rate. The 10X rate on local dining applies to the first HK$10,000 per month, while foreign currency spending is boosted up to HK$25,000 per month, with a combined maximum of 300,000 points monthly. Points are flexible and can be redeemed for cash at 250 points per HK$1, or transferred to miles at 15 points per mile. The card does come with a HK$600,000 annual income requirement and a HK$3,800 annual fee, though the fee is waived for the first year.
