The DBS Live Fresh Card is designed for young professionals who want flexibility in their cashback rewards. Each month, you select one spending category to earn an extra 5% cashback on top of the base rate, from four options: Entertainment and Online Travel (Netflix, Spotify, cinemas, Agoda, Klook, airlines), Online Fashion/Beauty and Selected Merchants (Nike, UNIQLO, ZARA, SEPHORA, Amazon), Green Merchants and Online Charity (eco stores, UNICEF), or Online Foreign Currency spending. The 5% extra applies only to single transactions of HK$300 or above, giving a total rate of 5.4% on HKD categories (0.4% base + 5% extra) or 6% on Online Foreign Currency (1% base + 5% extra). The extra 5% is capped at HK$200 per month, equating to HK$4,000 in spending. Online foreign currency transactions always earn at least 1% base rate regardless of category selection, while all other spending earns a 0.4% base rate. To earn the 5% extra, you must register via the DBS Card+ app, select your category in advance, and click InstaRedeem within 45 days of each qualifying transaction.
